Travables issues 90-Day product quality warranty and 30-day refund.
If the device fails due to manufacturer defaults, please feel free to contact our customer service. To obtain free replacement warranty service, please simply take pictures or video for us to figure out the problem, then Travables Productions will send you a free replacement. No return needed.
To ensure high quality of products, double quality checks are processed before items are sent out. However, during the long transportation, the item may be damaged by the rude processing. If you have any concern about either receiving an unsatisfying/wrong/defective item, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

- For an unsatisfying product, you can return the product to us within 30 calendar days. Please be advised that Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- For a wrong product, which is different from the one you ordered,
- You could return it in its original form and get replacement after returned items is inspected. Seller will be responsible for the return cost.
- If you could accept it, seller will offer 10% discount.
- For a defective product, which is damaged during transportation, simply take pictures/video for us to confirm, seller will send you a free replacement. NO RETURN NEEDED.
Note: The returned product must be packed in the original, unmarked package including all accessories, manuals, documentations and registrations that were delivered with the product. Before you return the product, please contact us for the return address.
